Security setup records teen sexually abusing barn horse

A Corvallis teenager is facing charges of burglary and sexual abuse of an animal after being arrested last week at a barn in northeast Corvallis.

The teenager, 17 at the time of his arrest, was arrested by Deputy Randy Hiner and Corvallis Police Officer Jason Harvey at the barn in the 4000 block of Northeast Minnesota Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. on June 7.

The owners of the property had reported assaults on the horse before, once on July 30, 2006, and again on Feb. 9 of this year. After the July incident, the owners noticed the halter of their mare had been moved. So the owners installed a video surveillance camera inside the barn.

In February 2007, the owners again noticed a halter and some food dishes had been moved in the barn. When they checked the video from the surveillance camera, they saw a male who they estimated being between 16 and 18 years old, sexually assaulting the horse. He wore a jacket and long pants and a baseball cap. They were not able to identify the suspect from the video.

Deputy Clay Stephens, who viewed the video, said the youth seemed very practiced, not hurried but not wasting any time. Stephens said he seemed to be following a “very concise, deliberate, well-thought-out plan.”

After the February incident, the owners installed a silent alarm on the barn. On June 7, at around 2:30 a.m., the alarm sounded in the house. The owners looked at the video monitor and saw the suspect preparing to assault the horse. They called the sheriff’s office. The suspect had gotten into the locked barn by squeezing behind one panel of a sliding door

The suspect was charged with second degree burglary, a Class C felony, and sexual abuse of an animal, a Class A misdemeanor. He was taken to the Linn-Benton Detention Center where he was arraigned and released later the same day. His next court appearance is a hearing June 20.

Honestly, i was amused by how he was described as an adroit player in that wierd game of his. And i'm rather interested in knowing how long, how and what methods did he employ to satisfy his uncanny desire. =D

This is what psychologists call Zoosexuality, or the affinity or sexual attraction by a human to a non-human animal. While Zoophilia means roughly the same, the former involves a more physically intimate element, compared to affective closeness based on pure emotions and love. In short, a zoophilic and zoosexual person can be liken to a platonic lover and horny bastard respectively.

With regards to this kind of unorthodox interest, severe criticisms have surfaced from every spectrum covering the basic tenets of social science, religion and ethics, with an overwhelming number in opposition to these unnatural acts, naturally.

An interesting point to note however, there have been views concerning whether zoosexuality should be classified along the same line of discrimination as other social prejudices such as homosexuality or issues that jangle against our fundamental virtues. After all, they set other people's eyes rolling, they have to do it secretly, and they couldn't boast their achievements around except among themselves.
SO, if the above assumption holds true, it implies that if countries begin to decriminalize and embrace homosexuality as a social norm en masse, the female animals will have something to fret about seriously.

Spanaway Man Accused Of Having Sex With Dog

PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. -- A man accused of having sex with the family dog has been charged under the state's new animal cruelty law, which makes bestiality a felony, a prosecutor said.

Michael Patrick McPhail, 26, of nearby Spanaway, pleaded not guilty Thursday to one count of first-degree animal cruelty in Pierce County Superior Court.

Assistant Pierce County Prosecutor Karen Watson said McPhail was the first person in Pierce County to be charged with the new bestiality offense.

She said the dog was taken by animal control.

McPhail posted $20,000 bail on Friday.

Judge Katherine Stolz has set a trial date of Dec. 11.

McPhail's wife told investigators that she found her husband on their back porch Wednesday night having intercourse with their 4-year-old female pit bull terrier, the Pierce County sheriff's office report said. The dog was squealing and crying, according to charging papers.

The woman took photos with her cell phone and called the sheriff's office.

Calls to McPhail's public defender, David Katayama, were not immediately returned Friday.
The bestiality law, which took effect in June, was prompted by a case near Enumclaw in which a Seattle man died after having sex with a horse. Before the law was enacted, Washington was one of 14 states where bestiality had not been explicitly prohibited.

I was hoping to see the picture of his wife actually, curious to find out is she really that sexually unappealing that the man had no choice but to make do with their dog. *frowns*

Nonetheless, i very detest these people actually.

To probe the intrinsic reasons that caused them to harbour such gauche intention is absolutely unnecessary. What is ultimately vile is the question of whether we comprehend what goes on in the thinkings of these unintelligible animals. If we couldn't even grasp their thoughts, how are we supposed to know that "hey, i so wanna have sex with you too?" Such is the lack of consensus between two parties that almost is certain can RAPE charges be filed onto these animal abusers. Strange, but justifiable.

Hope these crap crimes were just a few outstanding criminal abnormalities. These animals are already sacrificing themselves for us to a large extent, to put them to such excruciating torture some more would be too....human.
