What if.

Instead of a small jellyfish like this,

becomes 1 that's comparable to an average sized adult..

Introducing Nomura's Jellyfish, a colossal type of jellyfish species which reside in the water between China n Japan. Growing up to a size of 2 metres n weighing up to 220 kg is no doubt a grisly truth for mariners that hang around there, but the fortunate thing is, their stings r usually not fatal, just painful.

It's just like being punched in the face for 100 consecutive times instead of being stabbed sharp @ the heart once, just that painful.

They're really lucky i dun eat jellyfishes, or rather, i never get to taste 1 as yet. so am not rejecting a consideration. =]

doubt the genuineness of this pic thou..

If killing them for the sake of helping those Japanese fishermen who export us fresh seafoods; it's not that easy. When they are under attack or killed, they'll release billions of sperm or eggs as a last act of reproductive desperation. These will attach themselves to rocks or coral formations till nice conditions, when they will just multiply again.

So the solution is, let's only kill the FEMALE ONES (while letting the male ones sober n die in sexual insufficiency)

The good news nevertheless is, the local Japanese restaurants which import fresh marine products r still open. so not much worries. =]

But nways, they're not the largest species being found so far..

HELP.

人生的加减乘除,不仅如此;
也不过如此。

但也只能这样吧,应该。

@ taipei .V2

free breakfasts were included in our trip daily. however, given the vampiric nature of our lifestyles, we oni made it to eat on the 1st day. =p

just woke up faces

A common street scene in taipei, while waiting for the coach bus for a half-day trip to landmarks of attraction.

Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, or National Taiwan Democracy Hall was the 1st stop we went.
_______________

the epitome of ugliness; on the plaque

taiwan engrish

cutie girl =]

i can lift the hall with my hands!

On the helpful advice of the tour-guide, we decided not to go into memorial hall as it was infested with hanging kites with odd facial expressions. They said it represents democratic freedom, but it was just another magnum opus of ugliness well done to many.

Went to
zhong lie ci afterwards, honour revolutionists de, or dead ppl who helped create the republic of china we know today.

shift changing parade

revolution @ Guangzhou led by Dr. Sun Yat Sen

taken by a rather reluctant bodyguard who's in charge of patrolling the area

Exposed ourselves much to the historic wonders of our chinese culture during the visit inside, thou i'm not sure how much have i actually left behind.. a bid to comprehend the history that's over thousands of yrs old in just 1 visit is certainly not enough, but already enuff for us
actually..

No photography was allowed in the museum, so we took a few outside instead.

seemingly fake. pretty real.

saw a cute baby cabbage inside souvenir shop

korean-like mascot

loitered a little outside after the visit

return to innocence

but stuck in it!

只想永恒这一刹那。
但,在这之前,
先永恒我到不了的天真吧?

It ain't particularly easy to get over when ur soul is forcibly dragged back from an insouciant paradise, especially when ur present hell revolves only around the number four.

Yes, four as in the no. 4 life. plain irritating.

Nways. Wanted to post the pics up the night i came back in order to sustain the joyous feel that i've finally managed to capture from the taiwan trip. But as expected, the jubilance faded with zero effort when my body felt the hotness here, which i suddenly found terribly unbearable.

Of course, it has also got to do with the problem of uploading 500+ photos taken during the trip, which would cramp any memory space available.

So i shall put up a selective few n let them speak the journey. ^

this is my obstinate chaos.
